Extension till 3rd July for objections on Municipal Corporation's draft voter lists
Deadline for filing objections and suggestions on ward wise draft voter lists published for general elections of 14 different Municipal Corporations has been extended till 3rd July 2022 instead of till 1st July 2022.
Brihanmumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan- Dombivali, Ulhasnagar, Vasai- Virar, Pune, Pimpri- Chinchwad, Solapur, Kolhapur, Nashik, Akola, Amravati and Nagpur Municipal corporation general election`s ward wise draft voter lists have been published. Ward wise draft voter lists are also available on the respective Municipal Corporations, their websites and the True Voter Mobile App.
Objections and suggestions can also be lodged at the Municipal Corporation`s office or at the place authorized by them and also through the True Voter mobile app. The True Voter mobile app can be downloaded on the mobile phone from the Play Store. Accordingly, a name can be found in the ward wise draft voter list and if there is any objection, it can also be filed. After clicking on the ‘Voter List Search’ menu, one can enter his/ her name and mobile number and proceed. Once the name is found, your full details appear on the mobile screen.
